I’m Brett, I’ve been in the service industry for over 15 years. I started with a domestic cleaning business that I built from the ground up, sold that, and later developed a specialised oven and BBQ cleaning business that’s now one of the highest-rated cleaning services in Australia. I’ve hired staff, tried franchising, licensing, training, and learned a lot along the way—mostly by making mistakes first.

I’ve worked in domestic and commercial cleaning, trade services, and even spent time as a painter. I’ve dealt with good customers, nightmare customers, pricing struggles, slow months, and all the usual headaches that come with running a service business.

Now, I share what I’ve learned—not to promise a dream, but to give real-world insights that help business owners take control of their operations, serve customers better, and build something sustainable.
